As for the included beverages, you may choose wine instead. If you are purchasing the I Love Porto Box for non-drinkers, we will replace alcoholic beverages with non-alcoholic ones
Hotel deliveries and shipping are not available at the moment
Pick-up is available from Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
Orders must be placed by 8:00 pm WEST the night before
A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you upon your purchase
Peace of Mind Policy
Let's imagine that you are unable to pick up your I Love Porto Box on the date that you've scheduled. Can you have a refund? The answer is yes. Here are your options:
Cancellation requests submitted until 72h before the pick-up date will be fully refunded (minus all transaction fees);
Cancellation requests submitted between 72h and 24h before the pick-up date will be refunded in 80% of the total purchase value (minus all transaction fees);
Cancellation requests submitted less than 24h before the pick-up date are not eligible for any refund;
Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used upon purchase; Processing fees: 1.5% + 0.25€ for European Union cards, and 3.25% + 0.25€ for non-European Union cards.
As part of our "Peace Of Mind Policy", the first two cases listed above are eligible to be converted into Gift Cards (issued with the same purchase value and two-year validity). They can be used and topped up for any Taste Porto product, and be redeemed by the customer or regifted.
